The Professional Development Advisor plays a key role in shaping and advancing human resources practices within the organization. She actively contributes to talent development, the implementation of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives, and the continuous improvement of staffing, training, and engagement practices. Working closely with managers at various service locations (Montreal, Quebec City, and Gatineau), she serves as a resource person and provides strategic advice on professional development.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for client services aimed at the social reintegration of women supported by the SEFQ. She primarily coordinates activities related to homelessness prevention (the MAPS project) and programs offered in detention and in the community. This is a temporary, full-time position for a two-year term.
The person in this position will be involved in rolling out a pilot project aimed at helping all women in Quebec, or French-speaking women outside the province, with a focus on women of Afrodescendant , to take steps to have their criminal records suspended. This is a temporary, part-time position.

The clinical counselor position provides support and follow-up for residents of the Elizabeth Fry Center in Quebec City, in accordance with the mandate assigned to the organization by Quebec Correctional Services and Correctional Service Canada. This is a temporary full-time position.
The combined position of clinical counselor, program officer, and community worker provides support and follow-up for residents of Maison Thérèse-Casgrain (MTC), according to the mandate assigned to the organization by Correctional Services of Quebec and Correctional Service Canada. It also ensures the delivery of SEFQ programs and provides follow-up for women in the community.
The MAPS project is designed to support women at risk of homelessness and is part of the framework of the 2021-2026 Interdepartmental Homelessness Plan for the support of people judicialized people. This is a temporary fullt-ime position for 2 years.
The community Worker ensures compliance with the legal conditions of the correctional measures under which the women are being monitored. She also runs workshops and group programs, both in detention and in the community. In addition, she supports both male and female clients in the General Alternative Measures Program (GAMP). This is a temporary, full-time position.
