Professional Development Advisor
The Professional Development Advisor plays a key role in shaping and advancing human resources practices within the organization. She actively contributes to talent development, the implementation of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives, and the continuous improvement of staffing, training, and engagement practices. Working closely with managers at various service locations (Montreal, Quebec City, and Gatineau), she serves as a resource person and provides strategic advice on professional development. This is a one-year full-time temporary position (with the possibility of renewal).
