The SEFQ is relaunching the À la découverte de soi program online on January 5, 2025.
Offered as a continuous entry program, it is possible to register for one or more workshops.

À la découverte de soi
Conceived as a space for reflection and discussion, this program proposes to initiate change while working on problem-solving, emotions, relationships and negative thoughts. It is offered as a continuous entry program, enabling participants to take part in one or more workshops depending on their needs. The six workshops are:
Workshop 1 | Initiating change,
Workshop 2 | Solving a problem effectively,
Workshop 3 | When love makes us unhappy,
Workshop 4 | Recognizing my skills,
Workshop 5 | Neutralizing the little saboteur in us,
Workshop 6 | When my brain turns red.
This program is also offered to participants with a discontinuous incarceration sentence in order to complete their sentence in the community by rediscovering their potential and strengths alongside a counselor.
HOW IT WORKS :
- 6 workshops of 2.5 hours over 6 weeks - Sundays, 10 a.m. to 13 p.m.
- Group workshops
