The presentation of the inmates' award at the closing ceremony of the Montreal International Documentary Festival (RIDM) took place in the presence of a representative from the Elizabeth Fry Society of Quebec, as no jury member was able to attend this year. Here are the words of the jury read during the award presentation: "For allowing us to return to childhood through authentic and moving testimonies and performances, for the fluidity of its execution, for captivating, informing, and immersing us in this unknown universe, we award the inmates' prize to 'Point d’équilibre' by Christine Chevalier-Lessard."
