  • your sentence;
  • your family situation;
  • your financial situation;
  • your academic situation. 

Your information will be collected from:

  • the exchanges we'll have with you;
  • the forms you'll be asked to fill in;
  • reports from correctional services.

Without this information, we won' be able to support you properly or meet our contractual obligations.

If necessary, we will share some of your information with provincial and federal correctional services. Please note that only the strictly information required will be shared.

Why do we collect your personal information?

We need your information to improve our services and adapt our interventions. Thanks to your information, we can:

  • Adapt our interventions to your situation in order to help and support you in your social reintegration process;
  • Develop services and projects that truly meet your needs and those of other people involved in the justice system;
  • Meet the requirements of the government and organizations that fund these services and projects.

Your rights

You can request:

  • consult the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct your information if it is inaccurate or out of date;
  • withdraw your consent to our use of your personal information.

Your request must be made in writing and submitted to the person responsible for personal information, whose contact information appears below. There might be circumstances where we must refuse your request. In this case, we will provide you with an explanation of our refusal.

Retention and destruction of your personal information

We keep your information for as long as it takes to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless otherwise required by law

Once the objectives have been met, we destroy your personal information. Only statistics or reports containing de-identified and anonymized data may be kept for extended periods.
