Bill C-10 is announcing longer imprisonment sentences, little flexibility for judges to find alternatives to incarceration when applicable, imprisonment environments that are more restrictive, less accessible pardon, and a justice system for teenage offenders that is less and less focused toward recovery and social reintegration.
